[105:1] Did you see what your Lord did to the proprietors of the elephant?

[105:2] Did He not put their plan to waste?

وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ٣

[105:3] And He sent upon them swarms of birds.

تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍۢ مِّن سِجِّيلٍۢ٤

[105:4] Showering them with devastating rocks.

فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍۢ مَّأْكُولٍۭ٥

[105:5] He then made them like chewed up hay.
