بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful
5074 2383 5445 2745 - 1644 2418 - 1891
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ١
[57:1] Glorifying God constantly is everything in the skies and the land and He is The Almighty, The All Wise.
5075 2384 5446 2746 1311 - - 1490 -
لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌ٢
[57:2] To Him belongs the kingship of the skies and the land, He grants life and death; and He is All Powerful over all things.
5076 2385 5447 2747 1312 - - 1491 -
هُوَ ٱلْأَوَّلُ وَٱلْءَاخِرُ وَٱلظَّٰهِرُ وَٱلْبَاطِنُ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ٣
[57:3] He is the First and the Last, the Outermost and the Innermost and He has full knowledge of all things.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍۢ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌۭ٤
[57:4] He is The One who created the skies and the land in six days; He then balanced The Dominion. He knows what enters into the ground and what comes out of it, what comes down from the sky and what ascends into it, and He is with you wherever you may be. And God sees everything you do.

لَّهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ٥
[57:5] To Him belongs the kingship of the skies and the land: and all matters are referred to God .

يُولِجُ ٱلَّيْلَ فِى ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِى ٱلَّيْلِ وَهُوَ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ٦
[57:6] He merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night; and He has full knowledge of the innermost thoughts.

ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَأَنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا جَعَلَكُم مُّسْتَخْلَفِينَ فِيهِ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَأَنفَقُوا۟ لَهُمْ أَجْرٌۭ كَبِيرٌۭ٧
[57:7] You shall believe in God and His messenger, and spend from what He had entrusted you with. Hence, the faithful among you who spend for them deserved a great recompense.

وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولُ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِتُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِرَبِّكُمْ وَقَدْ أَخَذَ مِيثَٰقَكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ٨
[57:8] And why should you not believe in God and the messenger when he invites you to have faith in your Lord, and has indeed taken a covenant from you, if you are faithful?

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦٓ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ لِّيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ٩
[57:9] He is the One who reveals to His servant proven signs that He may take you out of the darkness into the light. And indeed God is All Compassionate, All Merciful towards you.

وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَٰثُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَا يَسْتَوِى مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ ٱلْفَتْحِ وَقَٰتَلَ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةًۭ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدُ وَقَٰتَلُوا۟ وَكُلًّۭا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ١٠
[57:10] And why should you not spend in the cause of God since to God belongs the heritage of the skies and the land? Not equal amongst you are those who spent and strove before attaining victory. These have attained higher ranks than those who spent and strove after attaining victory. However, to each, God has promised the best. And God fully knows everything you do.

مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يُقْرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًۭا فَيُضَٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥ وَلَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌۭ كَرِيمٌۭ١١
[57:11] Whoever loans God a loan of righteousness, He will repay him manifold, and he will have a generous recompense.
5085 2394 5456 2756 - - - - -
يَوْمَ تَرَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ يَسْعَىٰ نُورُهُم بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَٰنِهِم بُشْرَىٰكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ جَنَّٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ١٢
[57:12] The day you see the faithful men and the faithful women with their light shining in front of them and with their blessings of the good news that today Gardens with flowing streams beneath them are yours to abide therein eternally. This is indeed the greatest victory.

يَوْمَ يَقُولُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱنظُرُونَا نَقْتَبِسْ مِن نُّورِكُمْ قِيلَ ٱرْجِعُوا۟ وَرَآءَكُمْ فَٱلْتَمِسُوا۟ نُورًۭا فَضُرِبَ بَيْنَهُم بِسُورٍۢ لَّهُۥ بَابٌۢ بَاطِنُهُۥ فِيهِ ٱلرَّحْمَةُ وَظَٰهِرُهُۥ مِن قِبَلِهِ ٱلْعَذَابُ١٣
[57:13] The day when the hypocrite men and the hypocrite women say to the faithful, hold on; let us acquire some of your light. They will be told; go back to where you came from and search for light. Then, a wall will be raised between them, with a gate therein. Inside, there will be mercy and outside there will be suffering.

يُنَادُونَهُمْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنَّكُمْ فَتَنتُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَتَرَبَّصْتُمْ وَٱرْتَبْتُمْ وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْأَمَانِىُّ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَغَرَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْغَرُورُ١٤
[57:14] They will call on them; were we not with you? They will reply, yes but you wronged your souls and waited too long and hesitated and were deceived by wishful thinking until God ’s command was issued and you were deceived by an illusion away from God .

فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنكُمْ فِدْيَةٌۭ وَلَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ هِىَ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ١٥
[57:15] Therefore, today no ransom will be accepted from you, or from those who were unfaithful. Your abode is Hell, and it will be your lord and a miserable destiny.

أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَن تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا يَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبْلُ فَطَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْأَمَدُ فَقَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَكَثِيرٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ١٦
[57:16] Is this not the time for the faithful to humble their hearts through the remembrance of God and what has been revealed to them of truth? They should not become like those who received the scripture previously, but after a long period of time, their hearts hardened. And most of them turned wicked.

ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحْىِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ١٧
[57:17] You shall know that indeed God resurrects the land after its death. We surely explain the Signs for you, that you may use your intelligence.
5091 2400 5462 2762 - 1655 2433 - 1906
إِنَّ ٱلْمُصَّدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُصَّدِّقَٰتِ وَأَقْرَضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًۭا يُضَٰعَفُ لَهُمْ وَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌۭ كَرِيمٌۭ١٨
[57:18] Indeed the charitable men and the charitable women who give God a loan of righteousness, it will be increased for them manifold, and they have deserved a generous recompense.
5092 2401 5463 2763 1318 1656 2434 1497 1907
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءُ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ وَنُورُهُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ١٩
[57:19] And those who believe in God and His messengers, they are the truthful ones and the witnesses in the sight of their Lord. They shall have their recompense and their light. And those who are unfaithful and reject Our signs, they are the dwellers of the Inferno.

ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌۭ وَلَهْوٌۭ وَزِينَةٌۭ وَتَفَاخُرٌۢ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌۭ فِى ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَوْلَٰدِ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ ٱلْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُۥ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصْفَرًّۭا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَٰمًۭا وَفِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَغْفِرَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ٢٠
[57:20] You shall know that this worldly life is indeed nothing but play and amusement, boasting and hoarding of money and producing many children. This is the example of the rain delighting the unfaithful as it grew their crops and then they saw it turning yellow and turned into hay. In the Hereafter there is either ultimate suffering or forgiveness from God and approval. And this worldly life is nothing but enjoyment of vanity.

سَابِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا كَعَرْضِ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ أُعِدَّتْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ٢١
[57:21] You shall race towards seeking forgiveness from your Lord, and a Paradise that its width is as wide as the sky and the land promised to those who believe in God and His messengers. This is God ’s bounty that He bestows upon whomever He wills; and God is Possessor of Infinite Generosity.

مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍۢ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِىٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِى كِتَٰبٍۢ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَآ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٌۭ٢٢
[57:22] No accident can happen on the land or to yourselves that is not recorded before We make it happen. That is indeed easy for God .

لِّكَيْلَا تَأْسَوْا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَاتَكُمْ وَلَا تَفْرَحُوا۟ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍۢ فَخُورٍ٢٣
[57:23] This is so that you may not despair at any loss, nor boast over any gains you achieve. For God does not love any boastful, arrogant.
5097 2406 5468 2768 - 1661 2441 - 1914
ٱلَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلْبُخْلِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ٢٤
[57:24] These are the ones who are stingy and exhort people to be stingy. And anyone who turns away, then, indeed God is Rich, Praiseworthy.

لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَأَنزَلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَنَٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌۭ٢٥
[57:25] We indeed sent our messengers with proven signs and revealed with them the scripture and the equilibrium, so that people may stand up for justice; and We sent down the iron, wherein there is high strength as well as many benefits for mankind, and so that God may distinguish those who help Him and His messengers privately. Indeed God is All Powerful, Almighty.

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًۭا وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِى ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ وَٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَمِنْهُم مُّهْتَدٍۢ وَكَثِيرٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ٢٦
[57:26] And We surely sent Noah and Abraham, and appointed prophets from their progeny and gave them the scripture, as a result, some became guided but many of them turned wicked.

ثُمَّ قَفَّيْنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّيْنَا بِعِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ ٱلْإِنجِيلَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ رَأْفَةًۭ وَرَحْمَةًۭ وَرَهْبَانِيَّةً ٱبْتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبْنَٰهَا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ رِضْوَٰنِ ٱللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوْهَا حَقَّ رِعَايَتِهَا فَـَٔاتَيْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ وَكَثِيرٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ٢٧
[57:27] We then sent Our messengers in succession and We sent after them Jesus son of Mary, and We gave him the Gospel; and We placed in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy. But the celibacy they invented, We did not prescribe for them, only to seek God ’s approval. However, they did not respect it as they should have rightfully done. We however granted those among them who were faithful, their recompense, but many of them are wicked.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِرَسُولِهِۦ يُؤْتِكُمْ كِفْلَيْنِ مِن رَّحْمَتِهِۦ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ نُورًۭا تَمْشُونَ بِهِۦ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ٢٨
[57:28] O you faithful, fear God , and believe in His messenger, and He will grant you twice from His Mercy. He will provide for you a light by which you can walk and He will forgive you. And God is All Forgiving, All Merciful.

لِّئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍۢ مِّن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱلْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ٢٩
[57:29] This is so that the people of the scripture may know that they have not monopolized a thing of God ’s generosity. That all generosity is indeed in God ’s hand and He bestows it upon whomever He wills. And God possesses infinite generosity.
