بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful
5828 3085 4405 2320 - - - - -
إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتْ١
[82:1] When the sky disintegrates.
5829 3086 4406 2321 1560 - - 1227 -
وَإِذَا ٱلْكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتْ٢
[82:2] And when the planets are crushed.
5830 3087 4407 2322 1561 - - 1228 -
وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ٣
[82:3] And when the oceans explode.
5831 3088 4408 2323 - - - - -
وَإِذَا ٱلْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ٤
[82:4] And when the graves are opened.

عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ٥
[82:5] Every soul will know what caused her to advance and regress.
5833 3090 4410 2325 - - - - -
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ٦
[82:6] O you human being, what made you divert from your Lord, Possessor of Honor,-
5834 3091 4411 2326 1563 - - 1230 -
ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ٧
[82:7] -the One who created you, perfected you and set you right?
5835 3092 4412 2327 - - - - -
فِىٓ أَىِّ صُورَةٍۢ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ٨
[82:8] In whatever shape He willed He constructed you.
5836 3093 4413 2328 - - - - -
كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِٱلدِّينِ٩
[82:9] Absolutely, you reject the Faith.
5837 3094 4414 2329 - - - - -
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَٰفِظِينَ١٠
[82:10] However, there are indeed guards around you.
5838 3095 4415 2330 1564 - - 1231 -
كِرَامًۭا كَٰتِبِينَ١١
[82:11] They are honest recorders.
5839 3096 4416 2331 - - - - -
يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ١٢
[82:12] They know everything you do.
5840 3097 4417 2332 1565 - - 1232 -
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍۢ١٣
[82:13] Indeed, the righteous, will be in bliss.
5841 3098 4418 2333 - - - - -
وَإِنَّ ٱلْفُجَّارَ لَفِى جَحِيمٍۢ١٤
[82:14] And indeed the evil-doers will be in Inferno.
5842 3099 4419 2334 - - - - -
يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ١٥
[82:15] They will enter therein on the Day of Faith.
5843 3100 4420 2335 - - - - -
وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ١٦
[82:16] And they will never be absent therein.
5844 3101 4421 2336 1566 - - 1233 -
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ١٧
[82:17] And do you realize what the Day of Faith is?
5845 3102 4422 2337 - - - - -
ثُمَّ مَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ١٨
[82:18] Again, do you realize what the Day of Faith is?

يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌۭ لِّنَفْسٍۢ شَيْـًۭٔا وَٱلْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلَّهِ١٩
[82:19] The Day when no soul shall have any power to do anything for another soul and all decisions on that day belong to God .
