O you faithful, when you deal with a loan for a specified interim, you shall record it. And a scribe amongst you shall record it equitably. Furthermore, no notary shall refuse to write according to God ’s teaching. Therefore he shall write down what is exactly dictated by the one who has received the right, and indeed he shall fear God , his Lord and shall have no malice. If the one who has been granted the right is mentally challenged or weak or is not able to dictate it, then his guardian shall dictate equitably. Moreover two of your men shall witness it. However, if there are not two men present, then one man and two women whose testimony is accepted by all involved, for if one of the two women slips, the other one would remind her. And no witness shall refuse once he is called upon. Moreover, do not get tired of writing everything, small or large regarding the specified interim. In this manner, it is more just as far as God is concerned and more structured for the witnesses and alleviates doubts. An exception can be made in the case of the trade you do on the spot, then you commit no error if you do not record it. However, let your trade be witnessed. And no notary or witness shall suffer any loss. Moreover, if you do this, then this is wickedness on your part. And you shall fear God . Moreover, God teaches you. And God is All Knowing about all things.
