بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾

[94:1] Did We not cool your temper-

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾

[94:2] -and removed your burden from you-

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾

[94:3] -that was breaking your back?

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾

[94:4] And We raised you to a high position.

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾

[94:5] Then indeed, with hardship there is relief.

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ﴿٦﴾

[94:6] Indeed, with hardship there is relief.

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ﴿٧﴾

[94:7] Therefore, when you finish one task, start working hard again.

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب ﴿٨﴾

[94:8] And always seek your Lord.
