وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقْطَعُوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَٰلًۭا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ﴿٣٨﴾

| Translation: | As for the thief, be it male or female, you shall take them into custody, as a punishment for what they have earned, a just requital from God . And God is Almighty, All Wise. |
