وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا۟ فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿١٢٣﴾
| Sura/Verse: | 6:123 |

| Translation: | And We thus place in every community its foremost guilty ones to scheme therein. However, they do not scheme, except to their own detriment while they do not perceive. |
