وَقَرْنَ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلْجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًۭا ﴿٣٣﴾
And you shall stay in your homes and do not make yourselves up as you did during the time of ignorance and observe the contact prayer and give the cleansing charity and obey God and His messenger. God only wants to remove impurities from you, O you inhabitants of the House and cleanse you thoroughly.

| Translation: | And you shall stay in your homes and do not make yourselves up as you did during the time of ignorance and observe the contact prayer and give the cleansing charity and obey God and His messenger.
