فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ ﴿٤٠﴾

| Translation: | Therefore, I swear by the Lord of all eastern locations and the western locations that We are indeed fully capable- |
