Your Lord knows that you indeed stay up nearly two-thirds of the night or half of it, or a third of it, and so do a group of those with you. However, God has designed the night and the day. He knows that you cannot do this all the time; He thus has accepted your repentance, therefore, read from the Quran whatever you can. He knows that some of you are ill, and others are traveling seeking God ’s bounty and yet others are striving in the cause of God , so read from it as much as possible. And observe the contact prayers and give the cleansing charity and give God a loan of righteousness. And whatever good you send forth on behalf of your souls you will find it as a better reward with God . And ask God for forgiveness for indeed God is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
